Une gaffe de Madame Rodham Clinton

Hillary Clinton a tout simplement proposé à John F Kennedy Obama d’être son vice-président. Ce dernier en a profité pour ironiser sur cette proposition alors que son adversaire ne le juge pas apte à être commandant en chef.

« J’ai gagné plus au vote populaire que le sénateur Clinton. J’ai plus de délégués, donc je ne comprends pas comment une personne qui est en seconde position peut proposer d’être vice-président à celui qui est en première position », a souligné John F Kennedy Obama, lors d’un meeting dans le Mississippi (sud), où des primaires démocrates doivent encore se dérouler. « Si j’étais en deuxième position, je pourrais le comprendre. Mais je suis actuellement en première position », a-t-il dit. Et il n'a pas tord !

Barack specifically responded to Clinton's suggestion that he might make a good vice president.

"I don't understand. If I'm not ready, how is it do you think I would be such a great vice president? Do you understand that?" he said, as the crowd erupted in applause.

"I am not running for vice president," he said. "I am running for President of the United States of America.  I am running to be Commander in Chief."
